After the order has been registered with DHL, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can use this code to track your order on the DHL website.

Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, you have the option to provide a different shipping address from the billing address.

All orders from JonkoLovers are delivered completely discreetly. There is absolutely no reference to JonkoLovers on the outside of the packaging. The bank statement will also show our trade name. So there will be nothing visible that can be associated with JonkoLovers.

All orders placed via the Jonkolovers webshop are delivered by DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after the order has been handed over to DHL from our warehouse. This email will also include the track & trace code, allowing you to track your order. The code also lets you see when your order will be delivered to your shipping address. If you are not at home during the delivery, you will receive a "not at home" code in your mailbox. With this code, you can select a new delivery time or location until 10:00 PM on the same day (via the DHL website).

When you order before 4:00 PM, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 4 business days. In rare cases, your package may be delayed. In that case, you can always contact us.

As soon as your order has been received by Jonkolovers, you will receive an email with all the order details. This is the confirmation that the order has been successfully received. You will then receive the track and trace link so you can track the order.

If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you can return it within 14 days. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon. The product must be sent in its original packaging and without damage. Returns must always be properly stamped; otherwise, they will not be accepted or credited. The risk of returning lies with the sender.

After receiving the returned items, the amount will be credited to the provided account number within 10 business days.
